Configuration

Pegasor sensors are connected to PC via Sensor Bus Interface device. Device acts as a bus master on the sensor bus and relays sensor data to the USB bus and further to the PC. USB interface box is provided by Pegasor.

Up to eight sensors can be daisy chained into a single sensorbus. Optional analog output devices can also be connected to the bus without limiting the maximum amount of sensors. Connecting cable between PPS sensor and the interface box can be extended to 100 meters.

Below is an example of typical PPS-M configuration in engine exhaust measurement application. Note that no expensive and complex sample conditioning is needed - measurements can be done directly from the exhaust line. All auxiliary components, such as heaters, regulators and insulators are provided by Pegasor.
