Dr. Erkka Saukko the new CTO of Pegasor
Dr. Erkka Saukko has been promoted as our new Chief Technology Officer. Erkka received his PhD in 2015 and joined Pegasor the same year as a Senior R&D Engineer. Over the past decade, he has played a central role in shaping Pegasor’s technology and advancing our solutions for ultrafine particle measurement.
Erkka is the driving force behind our PPS-G2 sensor, which delivers next-generation performance for emission and air quality monitoring. Built on Pegasor’s patented escaping current technology, PPS-G2 is already setting a new standard for real-time, reliable, and versatile particle measurement.
In his new role as CTO, Erkka will lead Pegasor’s technology development and innovation efforts, ensuring we continue to provide future-proof solutions for researchers, regulators, and industry alike. His combination of scientific expertise and hands-on development experience makes him exceptionally well-suited to guide Pegasor into its next phase of innovation.
